Project: Monitoring the transformation of labor relations in the context of social pollution 

Project Monitoring the transformation of labor relations in the context of social pollution („Мониторинг трансформации социально-трудовой сферы в контексте социального загрязнения“) is a research grant solved at Ural Federal University named after the First President B. N. Jelcin, Ekaterinburg (http://urfu.ru/en) and supported by the Government of the Russian Federation, 2017-2020.

(Research group “Monitoring changes in labor relations under social pollution context” supported by the Act 211 of the Government of the Russian Federation, contract № 02.A03.21.0006).

Objectives of the project: To achieve long-term theory and practice activities of the researchers involved in the project focused on monitoring a transformation in the field of social and labor relations, and precarization of work, i.e., monitoring toxic labor relations that have negative influences on the quality of working life.

Main directions of the project: To develop a new theoretical concept of social pollution and to search for methods that may help overcome the negative influences of transformation in social and labor relations in periods of economic crisis and the negative influences it has on the quality of working life.

Institute of HRM, School of Business and Interdisciplinary Studies, Czech Technical University in Prague, CR participates in solving this project from October 1st 2017.
